Regular pest control in Melbourne, FL runs about $60 to $125 per visit, depending on how often we come out and how much of the house we treat. That works out to roughly $360 to $500 a year for most Brevard County homes. Termite and rodent work is quoted separately, after somebody walks the property.
TL;DR
- Our plans are $60 every two months, $100 every three months, or $125 every three months.
- Compare the yearly cost, not the visit price. Six small visits can cost more than four bigger ones.
- The price changes with the size of the home, not with how many bugs you have.
- Termites and rodents are their own jobs, with their own quotes.
- The estimate is free, and there is no contract to sign.
What a pest control plan costs here
We list every price on the pricing page so nobody has to ask. Three plans:
- Bronze, $60, every two months. Interior or exterior treatment. Limited callbacks. About $360 a year.
- Silver, $100, every three months. Interior, exterior and perimeter, plus the eaves and soffits. Limited callbacks. About $400 a year.
- Gold, $125, every three months. Everything in Silver, plus unlimited callbacks, no service fees, an annual termite assessment and a pool enclosure cleaning. About $500 a year.
Take $10 off Silver or Gold if you only want the outside treated. Take another 5 percent off if you go on auto pay. No contracts, cancel any time.
Why the yearly number is the one that matters
A $60 visit sounds cheaper than a $125 visit. Six visits a year at $60 is $360. Four visits at $125 is $500. So the gap is smaller than it looks, and the bigger plan is covering more of the house each time.
The other thing to compare is callbacks. If ants come back in week three, does somebody come out again, and does that visit cost you? On Bronze it might. On Gold it never does. That one line is usually the real difference in price between two quotes.
What changes the price on a Brevard home
Square footage is most of it. After that:
- The lanai or pool cage. More screen and more edge to treat.
- Attic access. Some homes are easy, some are a crawl.
- Landscaping against the wall. Mulch and shrubs touching the house are a bridge for ants and roaches, and they take longer to treat properly.
- History. A home that has been on a plan for years needs less work than one that has been left alone.
What does not change the price is how bad the problem is right now. We do not charge more because you are worried.
What a one time treatment costs
A single visit is quoted on the spot, and it is usually close to a plan visit price. It is the right call for a one off, like a single wasp nest. It is the wrong call for a recurring problem, because the treatment stops the day it wears off. We wrote about that difference here.
Termites and rodents are separate
Both need somebody to look first, so neither has a list price.
- Termite treatment is a trench and treat barrier around the structure, backed by a ten year bond. The quote depends on the linear feet around your home and how the slab was built.
- Rodent control starts with a free inspection. The quote depends on how many entry points there are and whether the attic needs cleanup.
Both are quoted in writing before any work starts.
What to do now
- Ask every company for the yearly cost, not the per visit price.
- Ask what is actually treated. Inside only, outside only, or the eaves and soffits too.
- Ask what a callback costs.
- Ask whether you are signing a contract, and for how long.
- Get the free estimate and put the numbers side by side.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does pest control cost in Melbourne, FL?
Regular pest control here runs about $60 to $125 per visit, depending on how often we come out and how much of the house we treat. That works out to roughly $360 to $500 a year for most Brevard County homes. Termite and rodent work is quoted separately, after somebody walks the property.
What is included in each plan?
Bronze is $60 every two months and covers an interior or exterior treatment with limited callbacks. Silver is $100 every three months and adds the exterior, the perimeter, and the eaves and soffits. Gold is $125 every three months and adds unlimited callbacks, no service fees, an annual termite assessment and a pool enclosure cleaning.
Is the cheapest plan really the cheapest?
Compare the yearly cost, not the visit price. Six visits a year at $60 is $360, and four visits at $125 is $500, so the gap is smaller than it looks and the bigger plan treats more of the house each time. Callbacks matter too: on Bronze a return visit may cost you, and on Gold it never does.
What changes the price from one home to the next?
Square footage is most of it, then the lanai or pool cage, how easy the attic is to get into, landscaping sitting against the wall, and whether the home has been on a plan before. How bad the problem is right now does not change the price.
How much does termite or rodent work cost?
Neither has a list price, because both need somebody to look first. Termite treatment is quoted on the linear feet around the structure and how the slab was built. Rodent control starts with a free inspection and is quoted on the number of entry points and whether the attic needs cleanup. Both are quoted in writing before any work starts.
