Gator Pest Control, Inc. was founded in 1994 and has been owned and run by the DuBois family ever since. We are not a franchise and we are not a call center three states away. The people who answer the phone, quote the work and treat your home live here, drive these roads every day, and know exactly what Florida weather does to Florida houses.

That local experience is the product. Pest pressure in Brevard County changes street by street and season by season, and after three decades we have seen just about every version of it: ants marching in after summer rain, rats moving into attics when the nights cool off, and termites working quietly where nobody is looking.

How we work

Three simple goals drive every job: on time, on budget, on target. We show up when we say we will, we tell you plainly what the problem is and what it costs, and we treat the problem you actually have instead of selling you a package you do not need.
